From Los Angeles we flew to San Francisco which was only a one and a half hour flight. San Francisco is definitely hands down our favourite city in the States. The city was a lot greener than Los Angeles and the air felt fresher too! One of our most memorable activities in San Fran was the bike ride across the Golden Gate Bridge and through the hills. Here are some snaps of our little adventure.
At the beginning of the year our group had the sudden urge to travel to the States for a holiday, with the main purpose of attending a three-night music festival known as Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC), located in Las Vegas. However we decided to make the most of our trip, travelling to multiple cities before ending our trip in sin city.
After a 14 hour flight from Australia, we finally landed in Los Angeles and this is where our trip began…
We seen so many youtube vloggers in the States eating seafood at a restaurant called Boiling Crab, so we decided to have a try and see how tasty it was.
It was finally the long weekend and the tradition in Adelaide is usually to visit Hahndorf. Hahndorf is a village that is very well-known for their German lifestyle and it’s also common knowledge that the German Arms makes the most authentic German food in Adelaide.
It was our two years and six months, so we decided to treat ourselves to a massive feast at The River Cafe. It was our first time here so we were both excited to see what this restaurant had to offer! Here was our experience…
It’s been a while since Adelaide has been so lively and busy since the city usually sleeps by 9pm every night! But since OzAsia is here, there’s so many more places to go. For those who don’t know what OzAsia festival is, it’s literally just festivities dedicated to engaging with the Asian culture. There’s shows, night markets as well as a Moon Lantern Festival!
It was a Sunday night and we both were craving for some Italian food. Unfortunately our favourite Italian restaurant Amalfi’s was closed on a Sunday, so we decided to head down to La Vita Ristorante to satisfy our cravings!
